Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

I should say merry belated Christmas.  I was going to let this one go by because I've been very neglectful of my blog this year, but I have made a post every year at around about this time and I'm not one to break with tradition.

2016 has been an absolute bi*** of a year, so many famous deaths and so many political disasters, by at the stroke of midnight on the 31st December the world resets, a blank canvas for most of us.

Happy Hogmanay to my 4 readers, and anyone else who wishes to read this.  My regulars can look forward to a sewing update and 2017 sewing goals in the next few days.
